Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Residing in a nursing institution; 3. Evaluated to have a decline in intrinsic abilities; 4. Vision and hearing sufficient to cooperate with intervention and assessment; 5. Informed consent from the individual and legal guardian, voluntarily participating.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with moderate to severe dementia (e.g., MMSE < 17); 2. Suffering from severe mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, acute phase of major depressive disorder); 3. Suffering from severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, bone, or joint diseases, unable to tolerate exercise intervention; 4. Participated in other cognitive training intervention studies recently (within the past 3 months).
