Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years; 2. Elective cardiopulmonary bypass cardiac surgery; 3. AKI risk score = 4; 4. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing AKI before surgery (Scr increase =26.5 µmol/L or urine output 180 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >110 mmHg) or history of hypertensive crisis; 9. Severe coronary artery disease, unstable angina, myocardial infarction <3 months, NYHA Class III-IV cardiac function; 10. Increased intracranial pressure, intracranial tumor, aneurysm, epilepsy or history of epilepsy; 11. Active psychiatric disorders (schizophrenia, manic episode, major depression with suicidal tendency, etc.); 12. Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism; 13. Concurrent use of MAOIs, NMDA antagonists (such as amantadine, memantine) or psychoactive drugs; 14. History of severe drug abuse or dependence (opioids, benzodiazepines, cocaine, etc.); 15. Other conditions deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for esketamine use (such as severe sleep apnea, severe hypoxemia, etc.).
