To evaluate the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) of 18F/68Ga T1-PET/CT in assessing the activity and fibrosis of inflammatory bowel disease, with endoscopy as the gold standard.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Voluntary signing of informed consent; 3. Plan to receive biological agent treatment (such as anti-TNF-a).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy/lactation; 2. Severe heart, liver or kidney failure (eGFR < 30 ml/min); 3. Metal implants ; 4. Claustrophobia; 5. Recent (less than 4 weeks) use of immunosuppressants.
