Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group (patients with cerebrovascular diseases in ICU) Core criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular diseases, which should be confirmed through imaging examinations, clinical symptoms, and laboratory indicators Subgroup of cerebrospinal fluid: Additional criteria: 1. Limited to patients with existing ventricular/whippocampal subdural drainage tubes (the study collects drainage fluid samples without additional punctures) Control group (healthy individuals from the health center) Core criteria: 1. Age within ±5 years of the case group 2. No history of stroke/TIA
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Case group (ICU): 1. History of brain tumor/trauma 2. Intracranial vascular malformation Control group (Physical Examination Center): 1. Occupational exposure to pollutants (chemical industry/electroplating industry) 2. History of blood transfusion in the past 3 months
