Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Archived paraffin-embedded pathological specimens from Shanghai Pudong Hospital (2020–2024); 2.Histopathologically confirmed solid tumors (Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer [NSCLC], Colorectal Cancer [CRC], Pancreatic Cancer [PC]); 3.KRAS mutation status pre-validated by immunohistochemistry (IHC);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who received neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy prior to specimen collection; 2.Patients with concomitant or prior history of other malignancies; 3.Patients who have explicitly declined access to their medical records or tumor specimens for research purposes;
