Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with lumbar spondylolisthesis and unresponsive to conservative treatment; 2. Underwent TLIF surgery; postoperative follow-up period >= 6 months; 3. Possession of complete lumbar CT imaging at final follow-up to assess fusion status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal tumors, tuberculosis, or severe infections; 2. History of lumbar spine surgery (revision surgery); 3. Missing clinical or imaging data; 4. Loss to follow-up or absence of CT scan at last follow-up.
