Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.cardiac arrest; 2.age>=18 years old; 3.agree to cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 4.receive cardiopulmonary resuscitation for at least 5 minutes;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.rib fracture; 2.duration of pregnancy; 3.aortic balloon occlusion and other treatments that interfere with the peripheral circulation of the extremities were carried out; 4.clearly affected in the diagnosis of peripheral vascular diseases (such as vasculitis, Raynaud's phenomenon, etc.); 5.other situations where medical staff consider it inappropriate to be selected;
