Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, diagnosed with Crohn's disease; 2. Received colectomy + ileocolostomy from 2018 to 2022; 3. During the operation, complete gross resection of the diseased intestinal segment was achieved; 4. The ileocolostomy can be reached via colonoscopy; 5. Completed ileocolonoscopy within 12 months after the surgery (for patients with temporary ileostomy, it is within 12 months after intestinal continuity is restored); 6. The follow-up time after the first endoscopy is >= 2 years; 7. Only included routine postoperative endoscopy for asymptomatic patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete follow-up data or loss to follow-up. 2.Development of clinically significant postoperative recurrence prior to the surveillance endoscopy. 3.Underwent unplanned endoscopic examination due to acute symptoms or complications.
