18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Admissions from January 2025 to December 2026; 2. Diagnosed with infectious nonunion, the infected site is the humerus of the upper limb, or the tibia or femur of the lower limb. 3. Age 18-70 years; 4. Treatment with Calcium Phosphate Carrier-Loaded Recombinant Human BMP-2 and Antibiotic-Loaded Calcium Phosphate Synthetic Bone; 5. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction of vital organs such as heart, liver, and kidneys; 2. Mental illness, cognitive disorders, etc., unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; 3. Bone defect length > 6 cm or area > 20 cm², difficult to reconstruct.
