Interventions

Sham stimulation group:Conventional medication treatment (Pregabalin, oral 150mg/time, 2 times/day)+head mounted device without effective stimulation
tTIS group:Conventional drug treatment (pregabalin, 150 mg/time orally, 2 times/day) + tTIS treatment

40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with thalamic pain and ineffective or intolerant to conventional drug treatment; 40-75 years old; ASA Level I-II; Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score >=3 points; Patient or family member signs informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Accompanied by other chronic pain disorders; Combined with severe liver and kidney function damage; Has obvious mental disorders; Has severe anxiety and depression; Accompanied by epilepsy; Arrhythmia; Metal placement in the body after brain surgery; Pregnant women; History of drug abuse; Participate in clinical studies related to other pain treatments; TTIS treatment contraindications; Refusing to cooperate for other reasons.
