18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed informed consent form; 2.18 years =< Patient age <=75 years , regardless of gender; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I or II; 4.Preoperative Child-Pugh score A or B; 5.Patients scheduled for elective liver tumor resection; 6.Patients expected to undergo intraoperative hepatic portal occlusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2.Sick sinus syndrome, severe sinus bradycardia (heart rate < 50 bpm), second-degree or higher atrioventricular block without a pacemaker; 3. Known allergy to the study drug; 4.Patient refuses to participate in this study.
