Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 8 and 18 years, regardless of gender. 2. Myopia ranging from -1.00 D to -4.00 D, with astigmatism =1.0 (measured using a Snellen or decimal chart). 5. Healthy corneas, with no significant corneal scarring, inflammation, or other ocular surface diseases. 6. Subjects and their guardians can fully understand the content of this study, voluntarily sign the informed consent form, and commit to completing the entire follow-up process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of ocular diseases such as strabismus, amblyopia, cataract, or ptosis. 2. Presence of systemic diseases that may affect refractive development (e.g., Down syndrome or Marfan syndrome). 3. Other ocular diseases that could potentially interfere with the study results. 4. Use of orthokeratology lenses within the 3 months prior to enrollment. 5. Presence of any contraindications to orthokeratology lens wear.
