Interventions

Non-diabetic - Pre 1-hour induction group:Use 5mg of dexamethasone one hour before anesthesia induction
Non-diabetic - Saline Group:Sodium Chloride Solution
Non-diabetes induction group:Use 5mg of dexamethasone during anesthesia induction
Diabetes-Induced Group:Use 5mg of dexamethasone during anesthesia induction
Diabetes - Normal Saline Group:Sodium Chloride Solution
Diabetes - 1 hour before induction group:Use 5mg of dexamethasone one hour before anesthesia induction

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 years old to 65 years old (ASA grade I-), gender not limited; 2.patients with type 2 diabetes and non-diabetic patients(stop taking the medicine the night before the operation); 3.Surgical type: Combined intravenous-inhalation general anesthesia surgery (operation duration: about 2 hours); 4.ASA I - III;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have severe systemic diseases, mental disorders, blood-borne diseases, coagulation dysfunction; 2.Pregnancy, with a body mass index higher than 35kg/m^2; 3.Patients who have received glucocorticoid treatment in the current or recent past;Patients allergic to glucocorticoids; 4.Patients with a history of motion sickness/PONV or who have taken anti-nausea drugs before the surgery; 5.Preoperative blood glucose level >=11.1 mmol/L; Patients who received insulin, oral hypoglycemic drugs or glucose treatment on the day of the surgery; 6.Severe complications of diabetes; 7.Have a history of alcohol or opioid dependence; Patients who received opioid analgesia after surgery(PCIA); 8.Patients who received nerve block anesthesia;
