55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for MCI, and the healthy control with the normal performance in neuropsychological test; 2.Age range: 55-75 years old; 3.Right-handed; 4.No language communication barriers, able to cooperate in completing neuropsychological scale assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Dementia; 2.Central nervous system diseases such as cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's disease, encephalitis, epilepsy, brain tumors, traumatic brain injury, etc; 3.Systemic diseases known to cause cognitive impairment, such as hypothyroidism, VB12 or folate deficiency, neurosyphilis, HIV infection, severe anemia, hepatic encephalopathy, carbon monoxide poisoning, etc; 4.History of mental illness in the past; 5.Material factors such as drug abuse; 6.Related risk factors, such as hypertension history, hyperlipidemia history, diabetes history, smoking and drinking history; 7.Patients who have used other drugs that may cause cognitive function changes or important organ failure such as heart, brain, and kidneys before inclusion; 8.Those who cannot cooperate to complete the corresponding evaluation and inspection and withdraw midway; 9.Contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (such as metal dentures or other metal implants that cannot be removed, claustrophobia, etc.).
