Interventions

Intervention Group:AI-assisted instruction, in which supervising physicians utilize an AI platform to deliver personalized learning, interactive teaching, and post-lecture reinforcement.
Control Group:Traditional lecture-based teaching, in which supervising physicians follow the established syllabus and plan to deliver didactic instruction using traditional textbooks and/or slides.

25 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 25–50 years, regardless of gender. 2. Residents officially enrolled in the 2022–2024 intake at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. 3. Understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Absence from the hospital for >=3 months due to various reasons. 2. Interruption of residency training for >=3 months due to various reasons. 3. Newly diagnosed with a mental disorder (e.g., anxiety disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia) within the past month. 4. Deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator.
