Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–45 years; 2. Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) in both eyes = 1.0, and both eyes are able to fixate on a target; 3. Intraocular pressure (IOP) between 10 and 21 mmHg; 4. After cycloplegia, spherical equivalent (SE) = -12.00 D and cylindrical refractive error = 6.00 D; 5. Corneal curvature between 39.00 and 48.00 D; 6. No use of other methods that may alter peripheral retinal defocus, such as peripheral defocus spectacle lenses, peripheral defocus corneal contact lenses, low-dose atropine eye drops, etc; 7. Good compliance; all patients attend routine postoperative follow-up examinations at the hospital as scheduled; 8. The patient and family members provide informed consent to the treatment plan and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of contraindications to corneal refractive surgery; 2. Inability to attend scheduled follow-up visits on time, or failure to meet any of the inclusion criteria.
