Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed prostate cancer by tissue biopsy; 2. Preoperative total prostate-specific antigen (tPSA) =20 ng/mL; 3. Gleason score =7; 4. Prostate MRI and prostate biopsy pathology indicate tumor confined to the same lobe; 5. Prostate cancer patients with tumor confined to a unilateral lobe and below (cT1–cT2b), with no distant metastasis;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; 2. Patients who refused further follow-up;
