Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 60 years. 2.Diagnosed with osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) at ARCO stage II Documented history of glucocorticoid use. 3.Availability of pre-treatment plain radiographs and MRI scans along with their corresponding reports. 4.Availability of standardized and complete clinical medical records. 5.Having undergone hip-preserving treatment (including non-surgical management, core decompression , or lesion debridement and bone grafting ). 6.Completion of a 2-year follow-up, or anticipated to reach the 2-year follow-up endpoint within 6 months prior to the project's conclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of ipsilateral hip trauma or prior hip surgery; 2.Incomplete clinical or follow-up imaging data. 3.Occurrence of hip joint trauma during the follow-up period. 4.Comorbid psychiatric disorders. 5.Comorbid hip osteoarthritis. 6.Any other condition deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for study participation.
