Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 2026All newborns admitted to participating units from April 1, 2030 to December 31, 2030, and meeting one of the following conditions: 1. A birth weight of less than 1500 grams or a gestational age of less than 32 weeks; Simultaneously admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit for at least 24 hours or died within 24 hours/transferred to another secondary or tertiary NICU; 2. All premature infants with a gestational age of 24 weeks or more who died in the delivery room.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete clinical data.
