15 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 15-75 years; 2.Presence of corresponding pain symptoms, with a VAS score > 3, and diagnosed with ulnar impaction syndrome through clinical and imaging examinations; 3.No significant improvement after at least 3 months of conservative treatment, requiring ulnar shortening osteotomy; 4.Complete medical records and follow-up data, including outpatient, inpatient, follow-up records, and relevant imaging data; 5.At least 1 year of postoperative follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Effective conservative treatment or refusal of surgery; 2.Age over 75 years or presence of severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, significant organ dysfunction (including lung, liver, kidney) or coagulation disorders, or severe neurological or psychiatric disorders; 3.Presence of other conditions causing limb pain, including but not limited to wrist fractures, lunate necrosis, acute traumatic TFCC tears, distal radioulnar joint osteoarthritis, wrist joint, wrist-palmar joint, and interphalangeal joint osteoarthritis, or rheumatoid arthritis; 4.Peripheral nerve damage in the affected limb confirmed by electromyography, such as delayed ulnar neuropathy; 5.Bilateral ulnar impaction syndrome; 6.Missing data.
