Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rectal cancer confirmed by colonoscopy and pathology, whose preoperative clinical stage was assessed by endoscopic ultrasonography and MRI, and who met the indications for neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy; 2. Newly diagnosed patients who had not received any prior anti-tumor treatment; 3. Consent obtained from the patient or their legal guardian, and the informed consent form for the trial signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of distant organ metastasis or peritoneal metastasis. 2. Inability to tolerate chemoradiotherapy or surgical treatment. 3. Emergency conditions such as obstruction, bleeding, or perforation.
