Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.I received treatment at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University and completed any of the relevant laboratory tests required for this study. 2.It can obtain samples from the same sampling event, and the optical sensing detection and the conventional/gold standard detection are paired results formed from the same submitted sample. 3.Sample collection, preservation, transportation, and pretreatment complied with the research SOP and an ethically approved informed consent waiver was obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those that lack paired results from the same sampling and cannot be retested/determined. 2.Unreliable results may result from unqualified specimens or failure to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the pre-analysis process. 3.Those that fail or have no valid results from routine/gold standard testing and cannot be used as a reference; those that lack key information and cannot be categorized or have their endpoint determined. 4.Those with serious deviations such as sample confusion or incorrect numbering that cannot be traced and corrected.
