Group B is the experimental group:In the test group, 2/3 ends of the nasal endotracheal intubation were evenly coated with Compound Chamomile Lidocaine Gel
Group A is the control group, and Group B is the experimental group:The control group was evenly coated with medical lubricant on the 2/3 end before nasal tracheal intubation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification as Grade I or II; 2. Eligibility for endotracheal intubation via the nose; 3. Age>18 years; 4. Clear consciousness, absence of psychiatric disorders or communication barriers, and ability to cooperate with relevant scale assessments; 5. No throat pain symptoms prior to intubation; 6. Complete documentation of patient information; 7. Informed consent signed by both the patient and their family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult airway; 2.Immunological dysfunction or recent history of immunosuppressive therapy; 3.Non-endotracheal intubation ventilation; 4. History of deviated nasal septum, epistaxis, or nasal polyps; 5.Preoperative throat discomfort or throat injury; 6.History of drug allergies.
