Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III grade emergency parturient women; 2. Women without fetal intrauterine distress

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of gastroesophageal reflux disease; 2. History of upper gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Patient's refusal; 4. The gastric antrum could not be identified or the cross-sectional area of the gastric antrum could not be measured.
