Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pleural effusion pathology or pleural biopsy suggests NSCLC. 2. There are measurable lesions in the lungs. 3. No drugs have been injected into the thoracic cavity within the past month; 4. No other serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys or hematopoietic system, pregnant women and children with mental disorders, and no immune system diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who refuse to participate in the research, have severe neuropsychiatric disorders, or have severe heart and lung diseases, and are determined by medical staff to be unable to participate in the follow-up process.
