Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: (1) Pathologically diagnosed with breast cancer, undergoing surgery for the first time, and receiving postoperative chemotherapy; (2) Possess good communication, comprehension, and literacy skills; (3) Married women whose spouse is the primary caregiver; (4) Aware of their own illness and willing to participate in this study; Spouses: (1) The legal husband of the breast cancer patient; (2) Possess good communication, comprehension, and literacy skills; (3) Provide informed consent and are willing to cooperate; (4) Have no severe mental illness;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: (1) Those with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction, or other malignant tumors; (2) Those with severe mental illness.
