18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clearly meet the diagnostic criteria for CD 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years 3. Cognitive and communication abilities: alert and oriented, able to communicate effectively, and capable of accurately expressing personal feelings and experiences 4. Informed consent: voluntary participation in the study, with the ability to cooperate throughout research procedures including interviews

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent severe physical or mental illnesses; Crohn's disease in a highly active phase, or presence of severe intestinal complications 2. Cognitive or language impairments preventing adequate expression of personal experiences 3. Participation in other comparable studies; inability to complete the entire study protocol 4. Significant family upheaval within the preceding six months
