Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 3 and 18; 2. Not diagnosed with MetS at baseline; 3. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form (or have a parent/guardian sign the consent form);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having serious illnesses (such as cancer, heart disease, etc.); 2. Taking medications that affect metabolism (such as steroids); 3. Individuals with intellectual disabilities or those unable to cooperate with follow-up visits; 4. Female adolescents who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
