Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese diabetes prevention and treatment guidelines ( 2024 edition ) ; 2. Duration of type 2 diabetes = 12 months ; 3. Be able to use smart phones skillfully, have the ability to understand and learn ; 4. Clear consciousness, no communication barriers ; 5. During the intervention will not leave the city for work or other reasons ; 6.To voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Coexistence of other serious diseases, such as malignant tumor, severe infection, heart, liver and kidney function serious damage, etc. ; 2. The audio-visual function was seriously damaged ; 3. Have a history of mental illness ; 4. Has been involved in other studies.
