Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated in the Emergency Department from January 1, 2023 to August 25, 2025; 2. Presenting with any one of the following chief complaints: Chest pain or chest tightness Epigastric pain (age > 40 years) Pain in the left upper extremity, neck, jaw, face, or tooth with clinical suspicion of angina Syncope or sudden profuse sweating accompanied by dyspnea Inclusion criteria: 3. No gender restriction; 3. Complete emergency medical records and relevant clinical data available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with an uncertain final diagnosis; 2. Patients who did not complete the standard diagnosis and treatment process in the emergency department; 3. Patients aged <= 18 years; 4. Patients who were comatose or had impaired consciousness at admission and could not provide self-reported symptoms.
