Experimental group:Based on the control group, VR combined with children's medical counseling intervention was implemented. The intervention time was from before puncture to the end of indwelling need
Control group:usual care in haematological cancer

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with hematological malignancies who meet the indications for intravenous catheter placement; 2. Able to complete the relevant surveys under guidance; 3. Informed and consenting to this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have visual or auditory impairments, mental illness, severe cardiovascular diseases or other physical disorders; 2. Have taken pain-relieving drugs in the last 1 week; 3. The skin condition at the puncture site is abnormal; 4. Voluntarily withdrew from this study during the process.
