Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 80 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for posterior circulation ischemic stroke, with onset time <= 24 hours; 3. Imaging confirms occlusion of the intracranial segment of the vertebral artery or the basilar artery (CTA/MRA); 4. Planned for endovascular thrombectomy treatment, and the patient or their legal representative has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe bleeding tendency (such as coagulation dysfunction, active bleeding); 2. Severe underlying diseases (such as end-stage renal disease, advanced malignant tumors) with an expected survival period of less than 3 months; 3. Previous severe cognitive impairment (baseline MoCA score < 10); 4. Refusal to participate or inability to complete follow-up.
