Functional constipation

Interventions

Control Group:Sham rTMS (0 Hz/s, 0 MT, 20 min/d, once daily for 4 weeks) + Lactulose (initial 30 ml/d, maintenance 15 ml/d, for 4 weeks)
Trial Group 1:rTMS (1 Hz/s, 80% MT, 20 min/d, once daily for 2 weeks) + Sham rTMS (0 Hz/s, 0 MT, 20 min/d, once daily for 2 weeks) + Lactulose (initial 30 ml/d, maintenance 15 ml/d, for 4 weeks)
Trial Group 2:rTMS (1 Hz/s, 80% MT, 20 min/d, once daily for 4 weeks) + Lactulose (initial 30 ml/d, maintenance 15 ml/d, for 4 weeks)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria of FC as per Roman IV classification; 2.The symptoms of constipation have persisted for = 6 months; 3.The ages range from 18 to 75 years old; 4.Voluntarily participate in this research and sign the relevant informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary constipation caused by other organic diseases and medication factors; 2.Those with severe diseases of the heart and blood vessels, liver, kidneys, blood system, nervous and mental systems, as well as cognitive impairments are included; 3.Has a history of gastrointestinal and pelvic surgeries; 4.Having metallic or electronic devices implanted in the body; 5.Taking drugs that affect the intestinal flora and gastrointestinal motility within the past two weeks; 6.There are cases of intestinal obstruction, perforation, bleeding, tumors, acute pancreatitis, appendicitis, and unexplained abdominal pain; 7.Diabetes and lactose allergy or intolerance; 8.Pregnant women and lactating mothers;
