Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age >= 60 years; 2.conscious and able to cooperate with swallowing-related assessments upon admission; 3.no significant organ dysfunction in the past; 4.and the patient and their family voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with consciousness or cognitive impairment; 2.patients with critical illness and severe respiratory diseases; 3.patients with other throat diseases; 4.patients with severe organic diseases such as liver or kidney disease; 5.patients with other gastrointestinal diseases or malignancies; 6.patients with poor compliance who cannot cooperate with assessments and rehabilitation training.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Observe the incidence of symptoms such as aspiration, choking, and pneumonia during hospitalization, as well as patient satisfaction levels, for both groups of patients.;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Observe the nutritional status of both groups of patients. After 2 weeks, compare the pre- and post-weight indices, serum albumin levels, and hemoglobin levels of both groups.;Observe the self-management abilities of patients in both groups and the timeliness of rehabilitation interventions.;
