Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years or older; 2. Patients undergoing oral endotracheal intubation or tracheostomy; 3. Hemodynamically stable patients: arterial oxygen partial pressure/inspired oxygen fraction (P/F) ratio >200, inspired oxygen concentration 90%; 4. ICU stay exceeding 24 hours; 5. Patients and their families voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable traumatic fracture of the chest; 2. Increased intracranial pressure or acute arrhythmia; 3. Active bleeding or tendency to bleed; 4. Pregnant women; 5. History of definite central and/or peripheral active nervous system abnormalities; 6. Limb movement disorders (disability or loss of limbs, or unstable fractures of limbs not surgically treated); 7. History of mental illness.
