Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Planned tracheal intubation; elderly patients scheduled for laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 2. No gender restriction; 3. Patients aged 65-85 years; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III; 5. Body mass index (BMI) 18.5-29.9 kg/m^2; 6. No contraindications to the study drug; 7. Signed informed consent for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; Patients who were converted to laparotomy during the operation; 2. Patients with a history of cardiothoracic surgery; 3. Severe lung disease (GOLD >2); 4. History of chest infection, sepsis, or severe neuromuscular disease; 5. Airway obstruction or pharyngeal abscess; 6. Allergy to drug components; 7. Anticipated difficult intubation; 8. Other individuals unsuitable for clinical trials
