Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma has been confirmed by pathology; 2. Age >= 18 years old, gender not restricted; 3. Have undergone surgical treatment and can obtain sufficient cancer tissue and corresponding adjacent tissue samples; 4. The subjects or their legal representatives have given informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who received chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or immunotherapy before surgery; 2.Patients with a history of other malignant tumors; 3.Patients with severe immune system diseases, chronic wasting diseases, or genetic disorders; 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women
