Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first onset only affected one side of the body; 2. Age range: 18 - 80 years old; 3. Duration of the disease: 48 hours to 2 weeks, with stable condition; 4. Upper limb Brunnstrom stage >= III; 5. Modified Ashworth scale grade = 24, able to cooperate with rehabilitation training; 7. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary disease, multiple organ failure, or malignancy; 2. Uncontrolled epilepsy; 3. Upper limb dysfunction attributable to causes other than the index stroke during the acute phase; 4. Concomitant neurodegenerative diseases or psychiatric disorders; 5. Presence of metallic implants at the stimulation site or implantation of a cardiac pacemaker.
