Trial Group:Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocol: Preoperative (psychological counseling, pain intervention cocktail therapy, dietary guidance)
Intraoperative (temperature management, anesthesia method, analgesia method, no indwelling urinary catheter, no drainage tube)
Postoperative (vital sign monitoring, drainage tube care, functional exercise guidance, discharge guidance. Specifically: surgery within 48 hours, multimedia + on-site education on ERAS process, foot
Control Group:Conventional orthopedic routine care: Preoperative (routine preoperative assessment, indwelling urinary catheter placement, no additional analgesia or thromboprophylactic massage)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients have unilateral femoral neck fractures with significant displacement of the fracture ends, and Garden classification is type II or III; 2. All ages are over 65 years old; 3. No severe organ dysfunction or cognitive impairment was observed;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative deep vein thrombosis in both lower limbs; 2. Individuals with lung and urinary tract infections prior to injury. 3. Multiple fractures, open wounds, and other factors that affect the evaluation of observation indicators.
