Standard of Care:Routine debridement and dressing change were performed for the wounds.
Standard of Care plus Sevoflurane:Routine debridement and dressing change were performed for the wounds, combined with topical irrigation of sevoflurane.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 75 years old with independent mobility who were treated at Zhengzhou Central Hospital. 2.Patients with wounds that had failed to heal for more than 1 month despite various treatment modalities. 3.Patients who provided informed consent for the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors or severe infections accompanied by systemic symptoms, autoimmune diseases or immunosuppressants; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Those who participated in other relevant clinical trials within the past 3 months; 4. patients with malignant high fever history and tendency; 5. Subjects were unreliable or had poor compliance according to the investigator's judgment
