Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for thoracoscopic lung (lobe, segment, wedge-shaped) resection; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. ASA classification I - III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. During single-lung ventilation, the patient was unable to tolerate an oxygen concentration of 60%. 2. Unexpected bleeding occurred 7 days after the surgery. 3. History of lung surgery. 4. History of perioperative blood transfusion. 5. Patients with mental disorders who were difficult to cooperate. 6. Central nervous system diseases. 7. Liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.
