Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The parturient meets the clinical indications for painless delivery; 2.The pregnant woman was hospitalized between 31 and 41 weeks of gestation; 3.During hospitalization, conventional care or a combination of conventional care and one-on-one responsible midwifery care was adopted;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women with mental disorders; 2.The clinical medical record data is incomplete;
