Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Screening/Cross-sectional Survey Phase: Eligible participants for the cross-sectional survey were required to meet all of the following criteria: 1. aged 18-49 years; 2. assigned male sex at birth; 3. uncircumcised; 4. individuals whose foreskin covered more than half of the glans when the penis was not erect; 5. had engaged in anal sex with a man in the past 3 months; 6. and plan to reside in the study city for at least the next 6 months.; 7. is willing to provide electronic informed consent. Participants who meet the screening criteria proceed to formal eligibility assessment for the RCT. Eligibility for Randomization: Participants who pass screening are further assessed for eligibility prior to randomization. Inclusion criteria for the randomization include: 1. HIV-negative; 2. owners of a smartphone with an active WeChat account; 3. not exclusively practicing the receptive role ("0") in anal intercourse with men during the previous 6 months; 4. is willing and able to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants are excluded from randomization if they 1. are unwilling or unable to provide blood samples for HIV/STI testing, experience dizziness during sample collection; 2. are unable to read or adequately understand Chinese.
