Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for ADHD as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) of the American Psychiatric Association and the International Classification of Diseases, Eleventh Revision (ICD-11) of the World Health Organization, with a confirmed diagnosis; 2. Aged between 7 and 12 years; 3. Capable of comprehending verbal instructions and cooperating with the study procedures; 4. Able to walk independently; 5. Both the participant and their legal guardian understand the study objectives and procedures, agree to participate, and have provided signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently receiving training related to postural control; 2. ADHD with comorbid psychiatric disorders (e.g., mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dissociative disorders, personality disorders); 3. Presence of other neurological or orthopedic conditions that may affect motor performance, such as scoliosis, flat feet, etc.; 4. Use of medications that may influence motor function; 5. Inability or unwillingness of the participant and their family to provide signed informed consent or to participate in the study.
