18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic lower abdominal surgery under general anesthesia; 2.18 years old =age = 80 years old; 3.BMI = 24 kg/m2; 4.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III; 5.Expected main surgical duration>1 hour; 6.Informed and agreed to participate in the trial and sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, including respiratory failure, pulmonary bullae , chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, and a history of previous lung surgeries; 2.Severe liver disease (such as liver failure), chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate<30 mL min-1 1.73 m-2); 3. Anemic patients; 4. Preoperative pulse oxygen saturation<92%; 5.History of upper respiratory tract infection within two weeks prior to surgery; 6.Participated in other clinical studies in the past 3 months;
