18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females aged 18–80 years; 2. Patients with clinically diagnosed pain conditions including knee or shoulder osteoarthritis, cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc disease, postoperative thoracic pain, herpes zoster, or radicular syndrome due to sensory nerve compression; 3. Chronic pain duration exceeding 3 months; 4. Normal cognition with ability to communicate and comprehend questions; 5. Absence of major psychiatric or neurological disorders; 6. Willingness to comply with study protocols.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2. Suffering from other chronic pain conditions; 3. Inability to independently complete pain assessments or correctly understand questionnaire content; 4. Scalp infection or damage; 5. Moderate or severe anemia.
