Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with keloids; 2. Patients previously received surgery combined with radiotherapy; 3. Patients received secondary surgical excision combined with re-irradiation at our hospital; 4. There are relatively complete baseline data and follow-up records for at least 24 months; 5. Age at least 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe missing medical records or follow-up data, making it impossible to determine recurrence status or safety outcomes.
