18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18 to 60 years old, gender not restricted; 2.Brain tissue from donors who died explicitly due to ischemic stroke;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 2.Patients with malignant tumors; 3.Individuals with concurrent other central nervous system disorders; 4.Individuals with psychiatric disorders; 5.Individuals who were not infected with COVID-19 prior to death; 6.Other reasons deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the researchers;
