Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. First onset; 3. Those who spent >= 6 hours a day in the week before the onset of the disease ; 4. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", and have been diagnosed as stroke by cranial computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).); 5. Stable and able to walk unassisted; 6. Cognitively normal and no significant communication impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other organ insufficiency or malignant tumors; 2.Those who are unwilling to be surveyed; 3.Those with poor literacy and comprehension skills .
