18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy male or female; 2. Age between 18 and 70 years old; 3. BMI index between 19 and 25 kg/m^2; 4. Weight has remained stable in the past three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has a habit of smoking or excessive drinking; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Has metabolic or gastrointestinal diseases (Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, phenylketonuria); 4. Used probiotics or antibiotics within the six months prior to the study.
